Requirements

Refunds
Full refund in these cases
- You cancel before the test starts (including while installing on our devices)
- The test couldn't start because installs fell short of the required number
- DUIRE device or account failures prevent the test from continuing, and replacing devices or extending the period doesn't resolve it
Rejected? We run it again, free
If Google rejects your production access request, we run the 14-day closed test once more at no extra cost. Request it via Support within 30 days of the test ending.
Not applicable if the test was interrupted for reasons on your side, such as removing accounts from the tester list or stopping the track.
Billing
Before you pay
- One-time payment per app. No subscription and no automatic renewal.
- The price shown is the total you pay, with taxes included.
- Registering your app and checking installability is free. You pay once the check shows your app can be installed.
- In Korea, you pay in KRW through our Korean payment gateway by card or local easy-pay services. Outside Korea, orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for your order, and you can pay by card, PayPal and other methods in the Paddle checkout.
