Features

From registration to the final report,
we handle everything device-related

01Installability check

We check before you pay

Once you save the tester list in Play Console and confirm, our devices open your app on the Play Store by package name, all at once. Only devices that can install it are counted.

  • As soon as enough installable devices to meet the tester requirement (12) are confirmed, you can pay right away without waiting for the rest
  • If country, device compatibility, or paid-app settings block installs, we show you why and how to fix it
  • Devices we couldn't confirm are checked again, and if that still fails you can contact us right away

02Daily runs

Same time every day, automatically

From the moment installs finish on all devices, they launch your app at scheduled times and check its status.

  • Each device runs your app once as soon as it's installed
  • Devices run your app one after another at set times every day
  • Failed jobs are retried, and every result is logged

03Run screenshots

See for yourself that it really ran

Each device takes one screenshot a day when it launches your app. Pick a date to see that day's screen from every device.

  • One screenshot per device per day, with run time and version
  • Tap to view full size
  • When testing ends, screenshots are deleted except the few in the final report

04Update detection

Devices pick up new versions on their own

Just upload a new version to Play Console. Devices detect it, update, and keep a version history for each device.

  • A record of which version was installed on each device, and when
  • 🔔 Get notified when a new version is installed
  • See your update count at a glance

05Final report

The report contains only real records

Test period, install count, update history, first-launch screens, and run records are collected automatically from device logs. When the 14-day closed test ends, it's compiled into a report you can view on the web and download as a PDF.

  • Your final report is generated when the 14-day test ends
  • Gives you facts to answer the production access questionnaire truthfully

How it works

You only do three things

Register your app, add the testers, and pay. All together it takes about 7 minutes. For the next 14 days DUIRE takes over — you just keep shipping updates as usual.

  1. 01You

    Register your app

Enter a Play Store link or package name. We fetch the app name and icon automatically, and your tester list is ready right away — as a CSV file or emails to copy.

    You · ~1 min

  2. 02You

    Add testers

Save the tester list on your closed testing track in Play Console and mark it as done — the installability check starts right away.

    You · ~5 min

  3. 03DUIRE

    Installability check

Our devices, now on your tester list, look up your app on the Play Store. You can pay as soon as enough installable devices to meet the tester requirement are confirmed.

Refunds

Full refund in these cases

  • You cancel before the test starts (including while installing on our devices)
  • The test couldn't start because installs fell short of the required number
  • DUIRE device or account failures prevent the test from continuing, and replacing devices or extending the period doesn't resolve it

Rejected? We run it again, free

If Google rejects your production access request, we run the 14-day closed test once more at no extra cost. Request it via Support within 30 days of the test ending.

Not applicable if the test was interrupted for reasons on your side, such as removing accounts from the tester list or stopping the track.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the closed testing requirement?

Personal Google Play developer accounts created after November 13, 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers opted in for 14 consecutive days before releasing to production.

Do I need to recruit closed testers myself?

No. You don't need to find testers among friends or communities. Real Android devices operated by DUIRE join your closed test as testers and stay opted in for 14 days. All you do is add the tester list we give you in Play Console.

How is this different from other closed testing services?

DUIRE is a closed testing service too — but we chose to protect your developer account. Real Android devices join as testers, launch your app at set times every day, and every run is recorded as run logs, install history, and per-device screenshots. We never write questionnaire answers that make up tester experiences that didn't happen. Before you pay, we check that our devices can install your app from the Play Store, and if your request is rejected, we run the 14 days again for free.

How do I add the testers?

Once you register your app, download the tester list as a CSV or copy all the emails at once from the dashboard. In Play Console, go to Test and release → Closed testing → Manage track → Testers, create an email list, upload the CSV or paste the copied emails, save it, then mark registration as done to start the installability check. A closed-testing app is only visible to accounts on its tester list, so add them before the check. Tester list changes also go through Google review, so click done once Publishing overview shows the review is finished.

How often should I upload updates?

The production access request asks how you improved your app during testing. Upload a new version every 3–4 days, and DUIRE picks it up, installs it automatically, and keeps it in the history.

Do you guarantee production approval?

No. Google does the review. DUIRE meets the testing requirement and truthfully records the period, install count, update history, and run records your request needs. If your request is rejected, we run the 14-day closed test once more at no extra cost. Request it via Support in the dashboard within 30 days of the test ending.

What happens to my app after the test?

When the 14-day test is over, we notify you and you can apply for production access. While you wait for review, your app stays installed on our devices for the retention period shown in the pricing, then it's removed. If you're approved sooner, you can remove it right away from the dashboard. If the review drags on, contact us for an extension; if you're rejected, ask for a free rerun.

What do you check before I pay?

Once you save the tester list in Play Console and mark it as done, our devices first check that they can install your app from the Play Store. As soon as at least 12 devices (the tester requirement) can install it you can pay, and if a missing tester list, country, device compatibility, or paid-app settings block installs, we tell you why and how to fix it. Registering and checking are free. A registration expires if the tester list isn't registered within 7 days of adding the app, or if payment isn't made within 7 days after the check.

How do I follow the progress?

Through 🔔 notifications at the top right of the dashboard. You'll hear about check results, test start, new version installs, requirement met, and upcoming payment deadlines or end of install retention. You can also view run logs, install history, and per-device run screenshots anytime in the app details.

Will you fill out the production access questionnaire for me?

No. Submitting made-up tester experiences puts your developer account at risk. Instead, we organize your test records so you can answer the questionnaire truthfully.
