These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the DUIRE service provided by Zaco Labs (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Members.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Members, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the DUIRE service operated by the Company (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means a service in which the Company installs an Android app registered by a Member, via Google Play, on real devices operated by the Company; launches the app, checks for updates, and verifies the installation over a set period; and provides records of this activity.
  2. "Member" means a person who signs in with a Google or GitHub account, agrees to these Terms, and uses the Service.
  3. "App" means an Android app that a Member has registered with the Service and manages in Google Play Console.
  4. "Installability Check" means the process, before payment, of verifying whether the Company's devices can install the App from Google Play.
  5. "Tester Account" means a Google account owned by the Company, signed in on the Company's devices, and assigned and provided by the Company for each App.
  6. "Test Period" means the period set by the Company and posted on the Service, starting from the time the App is installed on at least the number of devices set by the Company and posted on the Service.
  7. "Installation Retention Period" means the period, in days set by the Company and posted on the Service, after the Test Period ends during which the App is kept installed on the devices for review of the production access application.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Company posts these Terms on the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. When amending them, the Company will specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment, post them on the Service from 7 days before the effective date (or from 30 days before for changes unfavorable to Members), and notify Members by the methods in Article 17.
  3. If a Member does not express objection by the effective date of the amended Terms, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amendment. Members who do not agree may withdraw their membership.
  4. Even if the Terms are amended, the fees and refund conditions in effect at the time of payment apply to Apps that have already been paid for.

Article 4 (Membership and Accounts)

  1. Membership is established when a person signs in for the first time with a Google or GitHub account and agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. Persons under the age of 14 may not become Members.
  3. Members are responsible for managing their own sign-in accounts and must not allow others to use them. Members are responsible for any damage resulting from their failure to manage their accounts properly.
  4. The Company may refuse registrations that use another person's account without permission or that violate these Terms, or may restrict use after the fact.
  5. Members under the age of 19 must obtain the consent of their legal guardian to use the Service, including to make payments. Payments made without such consent may be canceled by the Member or the legal guardian.

Article 5 (Description of the Service)

The Company provides the following services for each App.

  • The Installability Check and per-device results
  • After the App is registered, a list of Tester Accounts for the App; after payment, installation of the App on devices assigned by the Company
  • During the Test Period, launching the App, checking for updates, and verifying the installation at set times every day
  • Identifying the App's first-launch path and creating a usage pattern that browses its main screens (because every app's screens differ, AI looks at the screens to decide, and the resulting path and pattern are replayed in the same order every day)
  • Launch logs, per-device installation and update history, and screenshots
  • A final report summarizing the Test Period, number of installations, update history, and launch records (viewable on the web and downloadable as PDF)

The first-launch path and usage pattern are created by AI based on what it sees on screen. Depending on how the App is built, it may not be possible to create a path or pattern, or only some screens may be checked, and the Company does not guarantee reaching any particular screen or executing any particular feature.

Daily launches at set times may shift earlier or later depending on device status and task order, and failed tasks are retried. The Company does not guarantee launches at any specific time or uninterrupted operation; launch results can be checked in the records on the Service.

While the Company's devices install, launch, and navigate the App, test data may be created or changed in the Member's App and on servers operated by the Member, and App features (such as sending notifications or calling external services) may be triggered. Members must prepare their test environment with this in mind, and unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not responsible for any resulting data changes or costs borne by the Member.

The Service is limited to installing and launching the App, browsing its screens, and checking its status. The Company does not operate features inside the App such as sign-in, sign-up, payment, or subscriptions; does not enter text or change settings; does not write feedback, bug reports, or store reviews; and does not fill out the production access application questionnaire in Google Play Console on the Member's behalf.

Article 6 (Conditions of Use)

  1. The App must be published on a closed testing track in Google Play Console.
  2. The countries/regions of the closed testing track must include the Republic of Korea (South Korea).
  3. The App must be free to install during the Test Period and the Installation Retention Period.
  4. An App cannot be paid for if, in the Installability Check, the number of devices able to install it is below the number set by the Company and posted on the Service.
  5. Apps that violate laws or Google Play policies, contain malicious code, or infringe the rights of others may not use the Service, and the Company may discontinue the Service if this is found.

Article 7 (Fees and Payment)

  1. Fees are charged per App, and the amount (including applicable taxes such as value-added tax) is posted in the pricing information on the Service and on the payment screen. The Company may change its fees, and Members pay the amount posted at the time of payment. A fee change does not affect amounts already paid.
  2. Payment is made by credit card, easy-payment services, or other means through a payment service provider designated by the Company.
  3. Our order process for payments made from outside the Republic of Korea is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Paddle handles payment, tax calculation and remittance, receipts, and refunds for these orders, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. The provision and use of the Service are governed by these Terms.
  4. If payment is not made within the period posted on the Service after the Installability Check, the check results expire and the check must be run again.

Article 8 (Service Progress and Test Period)

  1. After registering the App, the Member must register the provided list of Tester Accounts on the closed testing track in Google Play Console and notify the Company that registration is complete. The Company runs the Installability Check after registration is complete and begins installing on devices after payment.
  2. The Test Period is the period set and posted by the Company, starting from the time the App is installed on at least the number of devices set and posted by the Company. When the subsequent Installation Retention Period (posted on the Service) ends, the Company deletes the App from the devices. If the Member notifies the Company of production approval, the App may be deleted immediately, even during the Installation Retention Period.
  3. Periods during which the App could not be installed or launched for reasons attributable to the Member—such as removing Tester Accounts from the tester list, pausing the track, deleting the App or making it private, removing the Republic of Korea from the countries/regions, or making the App paid—are not excluded from the Test Period, and the Member is responsible for the consequences.
  4. Where necessary, such as when a device fails, the Company may replace the device or Tester Account on which the App is installed with another device or account.
  5. If Google rejects the production access application and the Member requests it via Support within 30 days from the day the Test Period ended, the Company will run the Test Period once more at no additional charge (reinstalling the App if it has already been deleted from the devices). The free rerun is available once per App and is not provided if the application is rejected again after the rerun, or if the App could not be installed or launched for reasons attributable to the Member as described in paragraph 3.
  6. If the review takes a long time, the Member may request an extension of the Installation Retention Period via Support, and the Company will decide whether to extend it, and for how long, after checking the progress of the review and other circumstances.
  7. If the Company's devices or Tester Accounts become subject to action by Google and the test cannot continue, the Company will complete the test by switching to other devices or accounts or by extending the period; if the test still cannot be completed, the Company will issue a refund under Article 9.

Article 9 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

The Company refunds the full amount paid in the following cases.

  • The Member requests cancellation after payment and before the test starts (including while the app is being installed on devices)
  • The test could not start because installations fell short of the number of devices set and posted by the Company
  • The test cannot continue due to a failure of the Company's devices or accounts, and switching to other devices or accounts or extending the period does not resolve it

Once the App has been installed on at least the number of devices set and posted by the Company and the test has started, provision of the Service is deemed to have begun, and withdrawal of subscription is restricted under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. The Company displays this fact on the payment screen and obtains the Member's confirmation. However, if the Service is provided differently from what was displayed or advertised or from the terms of the contract, the Member may withdraw the subscription under Article 17(3) of the same Act.

No refund is given in the following cases.

  • The App could not be installed or launched for reasons attributable to the Member, as in Article 8(3)
  • Google rejects the production access application or takes action against the Member's developer account or App (a rejected production access application is rerun under Article 8(5))
  • The Company discontinues the Service or restricts use because the Member violated Article 6(5) or Article 10

Refunds are requested via Support, and the Company will begin the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days from the day it confirms the request. The actual time the refund is received may vary by payment method.

Article 10 (Obligations of Members)

  1. Members must have legitimate authority over the App and the Google Play developer account.
  2. Members must not use the Tester Account information provided to them for any purpose other than registering the relevant App for closed testing, must not provide it to third parties, and must not contact or attempt to sign in to Tester Accounts.
  3. Members must not use the Service to engage in any act that violates laws, Google Play policies, or these Terms.
  4. Members must not interfere with the operation of the Service or access the Company's systems without authorization, and must not include in the App any feature that collects information from Tester Accounts or the Company's devices.
  5. Members must prepare a test environment in which personal information of real users is not displayed on screen. Because screens on the Company's devices are captured and stored to provide the Service and are processed for the checks in Article 6, the Member is responsible for any consequences of testing in a state where real user data is visible.

Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)

  1. The Company endeavors to provide the Service reliably in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
  2. The Company protects Members' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  3. The Company uses the name, package name, screenshots, and records of Apps registered by Members only to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Service, and does not disclose them externally without the Member's consent. However, the Company may use them in the form of statistics from which individuals or Apps cannot be identified.
  4. When the Company receives inquiries or complaints from Members, it handles them promptly and notifies the Member of the outcome.

Article 12 (Google Play Review and Scope of Responsibility)

  1. Whether production access is approved is decided by Google, and the Company does not guarantee approval.
  2. Members check Google Play policies and requirements themselves and decide whether to use the Service. The Company is not responsible for changes to Google Play policies and requirements, or for decisions and actions taken by Google regarding the Member's App or developer account (such as rejection of a production access application, warnings, suspension, or removal). This does not apply, however, where the Service was not provided due to the Company's willful misconduct or negligence.
  3. Members must personally and truthfully complete anything they submit to Google, such as the production access application questionnaire, and are responsible for its content.
  4. If Google changes its policies or changes its view of how the Company provides the Service so that the Service can no longer continue, the Company will give notice under Article 13 and change or discontinue the Service; Apps in progress will be allowed to complete their test, and if that is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Article 13 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for unavoidable reasons such as device maintenance or replacement, equipment or communications failures, or natural disasters, and will give notice after the fact if advance notice is not possible.
  2. If, because of a suspension, the App did not remain installed during the Test Period, the Company extends the Test Period by that length of time. If an extension cannot resolve the issue, the Company issues a refund under Article 9.
  3. If the Service can no longer continue due to changes in Google Play policies or similar reasons, the Company may terminate the Service with 30 days' notice. In this case, Apps in progress will be allowed to complete their test, and if that is not possible, the full amount will be refunded.
  4. The Company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations during any period in which it could not provide the Service due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, fire, power outages, telecommunications network failures, government actions, or failures of third-party services such as Google Play or payment service providers. However, the Company will extend the Test Period by that length of time, and if an extension cannot resolve the issue, will issue a refund under Article 9.

Article 14 (Damages)

  1. If the Company or a Member violates these Terms and causes damage to the other party, it will compensate for that damage. However, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Member for the relevant App.
  2. Unless there is willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Company, the Company is not liable for damage caused by reasons attributable to the Member, or by failures or actions of third-party services such as Google Play, payment service providers, or telecommunications carriers.
  3. Unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damage arising from special circumstances, such as a Member's lost profits, unless the Company knew or could have known of those circumstances.
  4. If a third party makes a claim against the Company, or the Company suffers damage, because an App registered by a Member infringes laws or the rights of others, the Member will indemnify the Company at the Member's own cost and responsibility and compensate for that damage.

Article 15 (Membership Withdrawal and Restrictions on Use)

  1. Members may withdraw at any time from their account settings. If a test is in progress, it is stopped upon withdrawal and the App is deleted from the devices, and eligibility for a refund is determined under Article 9.
  2. Upon withdrawal, the records and screenshots of registered Apps are deleted and cannot be restored. Payment records that must be retained by law are retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  3. If a Member violates Article 6(5) or Article 10, the Company may, after prior notice, restrict use of the Service or terminate the contract. If the violation is serious, notice may be given after the fact.

Article 16 (Ownership of Rights and License)

  1. Rights in the Service, the Service's screens, and the way devices and Tester Accounts are operated belong to the Company.
  2. Rights in the App belong to the Member. The Member permits the Company, to the extent necessary to provide the Service, to install and launch the App and to capture and store screens while it runs.

Article 17 (Notices to Members)

The Company notifies Members of matters requiring notice by whichever of the following methods is appropriate: dashboard notifications, email to the account the Member signed in with, or posting on the Service. Notices to all Members may be given by posting on the Service for at least 7 days.

Article 18 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

  1. If a dispute arises, the Company and the Member will consult in good faith to resolve it.
  2. For disputes not resolved through consultation, a lawsuit may be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms apply from September 24, 2026.
